Peanut Butter and Candy Cookies
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 12 cup creamy peanut butter
- 14 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 24 Snickers miniature candy bars
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Cut in the butter and peanut butter until mixture resembles course crumbs.
- Using a wooden spoon, beat in honey and milk until well-combined.
- For each cookie, pat 1 tablespoon of dough into a 2 inch circle.
- Place 1 piece of candy in the center of circle and shape dough around candy to form a ball.
- Be sure there are no holes where the chocolate can leak out as the cookie bakes!
- Place the balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are light brown.
- Transfer to wire racks to cook.
