Egg Gravy Recipe
- 1/4 c. bacon drippings
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 or possibly 2 Large eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 2 c. water
- Add in flour, salt, and pepper to bacon drippings, stirring till smooth and slightly brown.
- Add in water (more if needed) and stir till it thickens.
- Gravy shouldn't be thick; add in 1 or possibly 2 Large eggs (slightly beaten) and cook only till Large eggs are done.
- Serve over warm biscuits.
