Desert Safe In-The-Pan Brownies

• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 16 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
• 12 cup butter flavor shortening
• 4 eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Put shortening in 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan, allow to melt 5-10 minute Add rest of ingredients and stir with fork untill well blended.
3. Level top with spatula.
4. Bake 25-30 min or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
5. Cool and cut into 2" squares.
