White Butter Wine Sauce Recipe

  1. In a small saucepan, boiled down shallots in vinegar or possibly muscatel wine.
  2. Continue cooking over low heat stirring occasionally 15 min.
  3. Allow to cold.
  4. Stir in parsley.
  5. Whisk in some room temperature butter, stirring over low heat.
  6. Add in salt, vinegar or possibly muscatel.
  7. Simmer five min.
  8. Serve with fish.
