Barbequed Mini Meatballs Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combine grnd beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, lowfat milk, garlic and chili pwdr; mix well.
  2. Shape into about 45 1-inch balls.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat till oil sizzles, about 1 minute.
  4. Add in meatballs.
  5. Brown on all sides.
  6. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
  7. Add in to meatballs.
  8. Stir gently to coat meatballs.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat to low.
  11. Cook covered till meatballs are done through.
