Peppermint Truffle Fudge

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  2. Melt 4 oz.
  3. chocolate in microwave as directed on package; spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Refrigerate 10 min.
  5. or until firm.
  6. Microwave remaining chocolate and milk in same bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until completely melted.
  8. Add cream and peppermint; mix well.
  9. Spread over chocolate layer in pan.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
