Fresh Minestrone Soup
- 3/4 cup pasta, spirelli
- 123 cups beef stock
- 2 cups vegetables finely chopped
- 1 cup water hot
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram dried
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme dried
- 1 x romano cheese grated
- In 2 quart microwave safe casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese.
- Cover, microwave at high 11 to 13 minutes, stirring once, or until pasta is tender.
- Serve in bowls sprinkled with cheese, if desired.
