Holiday White Salad

  1. Drain pineapple, and save juice.
  2. Prepare Jello according to package directions, and refrigerate 10 minutes, until semi-solid.
  3. Mix 1 cup of marshmallows, drained pineapple, celery, cut-up cream cheese and pecans into Jello.
  4. Carefully fold in whipped cream.
  5. Place in serving dish.
  6. Heat pineapple juice with flour until thickened.
  7. Add 1 cup marshmallows to hot pineapple juice and stir until smooth.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Top the whipped cream-pineapple mixture with the cooled marshmallow-juice mixture.
  10. Chill.
