Easy Turkey Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can Campbell's cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cooked med. egg noodles (2 c. uncooked)
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 2 tbsp. minced sweet red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, combine soup and lowfat milk.
- Stir in noodles, peas, red pepper, and turkey.
- Conventional Oven: Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min or possibly till warm; stir.
- Microwave Oven: Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 9 min or possibly till warm, stirring twice during heating.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat butter and bread crumbs.
- Brown.
- Spread over casserole; cook in microwave for 1 minute.
