Caramel Apple Dip
- 8 ounces, weight 1/3-less Fat Cream Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Or So Of Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract (2 To 3 Teaspoons)
- Green And Red Apples, Cored And Sliced (also Good With Red Grapes And Sliced Bananas)
- Blend first four ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add a tiny bit more milk if you need to thin it.
- Chill until serving or serve immediately.
- Serve with apple slices and/or banana chunks and red grapes.
