Pepperoni Pizza Nachos
- 1 whole Pita Round (with Pockets), Cut In 8 Pieces
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1/4 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Marinara Sauce
- 8 whole Turkey Pepperoni, Quartered
- 3 teaspoons Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 2 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Pizza Seasoning (or Italian Seasoning Works As Well)

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.
- Place the sliced pita bread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add pepper and onion.
- Cook until onion is translucent and pepper is soft, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4.
- Arrange pitas on an oven safe plate.
- Top with the marinara, pepperoni, and the pepper and onion.
- Dollop the ricotta cheese on the pizza, and top with the grated mozzarella and parmesan.
- Sprinkle on the pizza seasoning.

- Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
