Herb Sauce For Fish Recipe

• 1 c. butter
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon chervil
• 2 teaspoon parsley
• 1 tbsp. minced chives

1. Cream lemon juice and herbs into butter.
2. Allow to stand for 1 hour.
3. Brush on cooked fish just before serving.
4. Makes 1 1/4 c. sauce.
