Raspberry Jazz Spinach Salad

  1. Clean and chop the spinach.
  2. In a saucepan, add red onion and avocado.
  3. Add raspberries, jalapenos, balsamic vinegar, and pine nuts.
  4. Stir over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until warm.
  5. Pour the warmed mixture over the spinach leaves, toss, and serve.
