15-Minute Stroganoff

  1. Cut meat into thin strips; brown in shortening.
  2. Add water and mushrooms.
  3. Stir in onion soup mix; heat to boiling.
  4. Blend sour cream and flour, and add to hot mixture.
  5. Let thicken.
  6. Serve over noodles.
