Pecan Logs Recipe
- 1 sm. box powdered sugar
- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. caramels
- 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 c. minced pecans
- Combine first three ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into 4 rolls on waxed paper.
- Heat caramels and evaporated lowfat milk in double boiler, stirring occasionally.
- Pour slowly over each roll.
- Coat with pecans.
