Frozen Pudding Cookie-Wiches

  1. Stir milk gradually into peanut butter in deep narrow bottom bowl until well blended.
  2. Add dry pudding mix.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  4. Spread pudding mixture evenly onto 12 of the grahams; top with the remaining grahams to form sandwich.
  5. Press grahams together lightly to secure.
  6. Smooth pudding around edges with spatula.
  7. Coat pudding evenly with the sprinkles.
  8. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  9. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  10. Store in freezer up to 2 weeks.
