Apple Dip - Healthy Version
- 1 cup sunflower seed butter or 1 cup almond butter
- 12 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 13 cup water
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Alternatively, whisk together in sauce pan over low heat until very smooth and creamy.
- May substitute pure maple syrup for agave nectar and maple extract.
