Momma's restaurant style jalapeno artichoke dip
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pickled jalepeno pepper
- Open can of artichoke hearts and drain
- Pour milk into can to cover artichoke hearts, let sit for about an hour and pour the milk out.
- (This will get rid of all the vinegar from the artichoke hearts)
- Put the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese in a bowl
- Chop jalepeno pepper into small pieces and add it to the bowl
- Mix thoroughly breaking up the artichoke hearts as you go
- Microwave for 45 seconds at a time stirring in between until mixture is hot and cheese is melted
- Serve with a sliced baguette, tortilla chips, or just eat it with a spoon, it is amazing!
