Easy Stir-fried Somen Noodles with Lettuce and Ham
- 100 grams Somen Noodles (dried)
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 3 slice Ham
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Chicken stock powder
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Ra-yu
- Make scrambled eggs and set aside.
- Try not to overcook it!
- Julienne the ham and lettuce.
- Boil somen noodles.
- Remove from the pot when it's still al dente, rinse in water to cool, and set aside.
- Fry ham in vegetable oil, then add the noodles.
- Add the remaining ingredients and the chicken stock powder.
- Stir-fry and season with salt and pepper.
- If you like, add Ra-yu spicy chili oil.
- I like to add a lot.
- It's easy and finished within 15 minutes so definitely give it a try.
