Easy Stir-fried Somen Noodles with Lettuce and Ham

  1. Make scrambled eggs and set aside.
  2. Try not to overcook it!
  3. Julienne the ham and lettuce.
  4. Boil somen noodles.
  5. Remove from the pot when it's still al dente, rinse in water to cool, and set aside.
  6. Fry ham in vegetable oil, then add the noodles.
  7. Add the remaining ingredients and the chicken stock powder.
  8. Stir-fry and season with salt and pepper.
  9. If you like, add Ra-yu spicy chili oil.
  10. I like to add a lot.
  11. It's easy and finished within 15 minutes so definitely give it a try.
