Pepper & Potato Cheesy Country Morning Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
  3. or until potatoes are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Make 4 wells in potato mixture.
  5. Slip 1 cracked egg into each well; cook 3 to 4 min.
  6. or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese; cover.
  8. Cook 1 min.
  9. or until cheese is melted.
