Pinky's Healthy Lentil Salad
- 2 cup Any Desired Lentils, cooked (cooked by boiling)
- 2 medium tomatos diced
- 2 tin green chillies, chopped.
- 1 dash chilli powder (as per your taste)
- 1 salt (as per your taste requirements)
- 1 lemon (lemon juice, squeezed)
- 1 medium red onion chopped into small pieces.
- 1 Chopped corriander leaves to Garnish!
- add the chopped tomatos and onion in lentil bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add green chilli and spices according to your taste.
- Mix well.
- Squeeze lemon on the salad whike serving.
- Oh!
- and garnish with chopped corriander or parsley.
- (Corriander leaves tastes better)
