RENEE'S Wonderful Macaroni and Cheese
- 6 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1-3/4 cups fat-free sour cream
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup Renee's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except chives; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until heated through.
- Remove from oven.
- Heat broiler.
- Broil macaroni and cheese, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chives.
