Cannoli Dip

  1. Blend the ricotta and cream cheese with a stand or hand mixer.
  2. Slowly add the confectioners' sugar.
  3. Mix in the vanilla and almond extract.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve with broken waffle cones, tea biscuits or graham crackers.
