Country Style Ribs with Jack Daniels Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Southern Or Cajun Spice Blend
- 3 pounds Country Style Ribs
- 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Tomato Sauce
- 3/4 cups Jack Daniel's Whiskey
- 1/2 cups Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce Or Another Steak Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Onion, From The Root End
- 2 cloves Garlic, Grated

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Rub seasoning on pork and place pork on a rack on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 25 -30 minutes.

- While pork is cooking, add remaining ingredients for sauce to a small sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- Let the sauce reduce until it has thickened and the alcohol has cooked off.
- Sauce will become much sweeter.

- Baste pork with barbecue sauce and continue to cook until the ribs have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
