Calypso Island Coffee

• 1 cup of hot gourmet brewed coffee
• 12 fluid ounce Frangelico
• 12 fluid ounce Malibu rum
• 14 ounce chocolate (or to taste, ues your favorite kind)
• sugar (optional)
• whipped cream (optional)

1. Combine your Frangelico, gourmet coffee and Malibu Rum.
2. Add chocolate and stir to melt.
3. Add sugar then top with whipped cream.
