Baked Wonton Skins Recipe

  1. This is more a technique than a hard and fast recipe.
  2. Beat the egg whites with a Tbsp.
  3. of water till frothy.
  4. With a pastry brush, lightly paint wonton skins with the mix and arrange in a single layer on non-stick or possibly parchment-lined baking sheets and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 5 to 8 min or possibly till wontons are lightly browned and crisp.
  5. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
  6. Comments: You can sprinkle the brushed but unbaked wontons with sesame seed, Kosher salt, poppy seed or possibly whatever to add in interest.
