Baked Wonton Skins Recipe
- Wonton skins
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- This is more a technique than a hard and fast recipe.
- Beat the egg whites with a Tbsp.
- of water till frothy.
- With a pastry brush, lightly paint wonton skins with the mix and arrange in a single layer on non-stick or possibly parchment-lined baking sheets and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 5 to 8 min or possibly till wontons are lightly browned and crisp.
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Comments: You can sprinkle the brushed but unbaked wontons with sesame seed, Kosher salt, poppy seed or possibly whatever to add in interest.
