Best Coffeehouse Cheesecake
- 16 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp. brewed strong GEVALIA Bold Majestic Roast, cooled
- 3 eggs
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Mix cookie crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake 12 min.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add coffee; mix well.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 50 to 55 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
