Crispy Potato Wedges
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 6 medium potato potatoes, cut into wedges
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- In a bowl, combine oil and seasonings.
- Add potato wedges and stir to coat.
- Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until crisp-tender.
