Buried Brie Burgers

  1. Prepare hot grill.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Press thumb into patties to make indentation.
  5. Fill each with 3/4 tablespoon Brie.
  6. Pinch meat to seal cheese inside.
  7. Place patties on oiled grill.
  8. Grill, turning once, until browned outside, but still pink in t the middle, 8-12 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile toast buns.
  10. Serve hamburgers on buns with toppings.
