Buried Brie Burgers
- 1 13 lbs hamburger
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons brie cheese
- 4 hamburger buns

- Prepare hot grill.
- Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Press thumb into patties to make indentation.
- Fill each with 3/4 tablespoon Brie.
- Pinch meat to seal cheese inside.
- Place patties on oiled grill.
- Grill, turning once, until browned outside, but still pink in t the middle, 8-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile toast buns.
- Serve hamburgers on buns with toppings.
