Creamy Onion And Garlic Soup Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions and garlic in butter till tender but not brown, stirring occasionally about 8 min.
  2. Sprinkle with flour; cook 4 min.
  3. Add in wine; boil 2 min.
  4. Add in stock and cream, cook over medium heat till thickened, about 20 min.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
