Banana Bread
- 1 12 cups unbleached flour
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1 12 cups ripe bananas, mashed (about 3 to 4)
- 14 vanilla yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the oil, vanilla, yogurt and eggs; mix well.
- Add in bananas.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 170 degrees C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
