Easy Curry Cheese Piccata
- 2 Chicken tenders
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Plain flour
- 1/2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1/2 Beaten egg
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 Parsley
- Remove any sinews from the chicken and flatten by pounding with the back of a kitchen knife.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the and respectively.
- Coat the chicken with , dip in , and saute in a frying pan.
- Cover the pan to cook through and brown one side first.
- Flip and brown the other side.
- It's done when both sides are nicely browned!
