Easy Curry Cheese Piccata

  1. Remove any sinews from the chicken and flatten by pounding with the back of a kitchen knife.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cover the pan to cook through and brown one side first.
  6. Flip and brown the other side.
