Kickin' it root down
- 1 medium peeled and cubed butternut squash
- 1 packages cooked and peeled (3) beets, cubed
- 1 tbsp 100% pure avocado oil
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pinch McCormick perfect pinch sweet onion and herb
- 1 tbsp butter with canola oil (land of lakes)
- 2 pinch onion salt
- Heat avocado oil on med.-high heat in a 10 inch skillet.
- Add garlic and cook few mins.
- till it starts to lightly brown.
- Add butternut squash and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Till squash starts to become tender.
- Add beets, McCormicks and pinch of salt.
- Stir and cover for 5 mins.
- Uncover and add butter and onion salt.
- Stir to coat till butter is melted.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
