Hamburger Meat Pie Recipe

• 1 pound hamburger
• 1 can French onion soup
• 1 can diced potatoes or possibly 2 c. cooked & cubed
• 1 sm. can sliced carrots or possibly 1 c. cooked carrots
• Pepper to taste
• No salt needed
• 2 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1/2 c. cool water
• 1 can 10 count flaky biscuits

1. In a large skillet, brown hamburger and soup, potatoes and carrots, liquid in can and all.
2. Simmer together 15 min.
3. Thicken mix with cornstarch and water.
4. Turn mix into a 9"x13" cake pan and cover top with biscuits.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till biscuits are well browned.
6. Serves 4.
