Matt's Oven Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken

  1. Pour lemon jus into zipper seal bag.
  2. Place chicken breasts in bag.
  3. let marinade for 1-2 hours.
  4. filping bag regularly
  5. Preheat oven to 400F.
  6. Pour a small amount of lemon jus onto a 1" deep baking pan or cookie sheet.
  7. Barley enough to wet the bottom of the pan.
  8. Sprinkle black pepper lightly into lemmon jus
  9. Place chicken on pan.
  10. Sprinkle black pepper garlic powder and grind white pepper over chicken (to taste)
  11. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 min
  12. After 30 min remove tin foil.
  13. pour off aprox 1/2 of remaining jus in pan
  14. Replace in oven bake for an additional 30 min uncovered basting often
