Valerie'S Barbecued Pig'S Feet

  1. Put all ingredients in a large pot of water, enough to completely cover the trotters.
  2. Boil until feet are soft, just about all day.
  3. When done, arrange feet in shallow baking dish, using slotted spoon to avoid excess liquid.
  4. Coat feet liberally with your favorite barbecue sauce; one that is spicy and full of smoke flavor.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0, uncovered, until edges of brown begin to show, usually about 1 hour.
