Strawberry and Custard Parfait

  1. Make the custard cream.
  2. Refer to.
  3. Lightly wash the strawberries and pat dry.
  4. Remove the stems and cut in half.
  5. Cut the sponge cake into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Put the granola in the dishes, add the custard cream and use a spoon to smooth the surface.
  7. Add the whipped cream and top with sponge cake.
  8. Add the cream.
  9. Garnish with strawberries and top with the strawberry sauce.
  10. You can also garnish with mint leaves and dust with powdered sugar.

  19. If you use store-bought jam instead of strawberry sauce, add a bit of water to loosen it before using.
  20. You can use chocolate sauce instead of the strawberry sauce.
  21. It's also delicious with bananas.
