Marcia's Potato Soup

  1. Saute onion in butter, add shredded carrots, corn and broccoli.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes (or until everything is soft).
  4. Add Potato Soup and milk.
  5. Heat until warm then add cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
