Chicken a La Cuba

  1. Heat wok, add oil, garlic, onion and peas.
  2. Stir fry about 2-3 minutes till onion is soft.
  3. Add tomatoes, rice, ham, chicken and olives.
  4. Stir and lift till heated, place in centre of large platter.
  5. Surround with slices of avocado.
