Chocolate Truffles

  1. Soften the coconut butter (aka coconut cream concentrate).
  2. Put 6 tbs of coconut butter in a stand mixed and start mixing.
  3. Slowly add in the cocoa.
  4. When the cocoa is fully incorporated add the vanilla and sweetener and continue mixing.
  5. Take a teaspoon full of the truffle mixture and put a hazelnut in the center.
  6. Roll into a ball.
  7. This will make 16 truffles.
  8. Coat with crushed nuts if desired.
