Layered Mediterranean Salad
- 6 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 2-1/4 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup chopped English cucumbers
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- Layer all ingredients except dressing in large serving bowl.
- Add dressing just before serving; toss lightly.
