Build Your Own Quiche

  1. Prepare crust as instructed and let cool (or skip this step to save calories & fat!
  2. ).
  3. whisk together eggs, sour cream & cottage cheese, salt, Worcestershire.
  4. Layer veggies/meats on the bottom of the crust and sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheese on top.
  5. pour on egg mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. bake at 325F for 45 minutes or until center is set.
