Build Your Own Quiche
- 1 ready bake pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 12 cup light sour cream
- 12 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 34 teaspoon table salt
- 34 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cheese (divided)
- 1 12 cups chopped vegetables or 1 12 cups meat
- Prepare crust as instructed and let cool (or skip this step to save calories & fat!
- ).
- whisk together eggs, sour cream & cottage cheese, salt, Worcestershire.
- Layer veggies/meats on the bottom of the crust and sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheese on top.
- pour on egg mixture.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- bake at 325F for 45 minutes or until center is set.
