Marinade For Meats And Poultry Recipe

• 1/3 c. soy sauce
• 1/3 c. oil
• 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp. chopped dry onion
• 2 tbsp. duck sauce or possibly Saucy Susan
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Place meat in marinade, turning a few times.
3. Meat can marinade between 3 to 12 hrs.
