BBQ Baby Back Ribs

  1. Skin ribs by peeling the skin of the back side.
  2. Place ribs in a large pot big enough to submerge them.
  3. Add 1 gallon water, the liquid smoke, 1/8 cup BBQ seasoning, mesquite butter, and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil and boil for 45 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Remove ribs from pot and place ribs face up in oven, uncovered.
  7. Sprinkle remaining 1/8 cup BBQ seasoning over the ribs.
  8. Cook for 45 minutes or until tender.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
