Frank's Beer Stew
- 3 lbs stew meat
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can beer
- 14 cup vinegar
- Roll the stew meat in flour and then brown in oil.
- Seasoned flour may be used.
- Put meat in pot with soup mix.
- Add half the recommended amount of water (on the soup mix box).
- Add beer.
- Cook for 2 hours 45 minutes hours at 300 degrees F.
- Stir in the vinegar and cook uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
