Asian Flank Steak Recipe

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients to blend in 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Add in steak and turn to coat.
  3. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature or possibly cover and chill overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler.
  5. Drain marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil.
  6. Grill or possibly broil steak about 5 min per side for rare.
  7. Transfer steak to platter; let stand 10 min.
  8. Thinly slice steak across grain.
  9. Pass marinade as sauce.
  10. Serves 4.
