Perfect every time Chocolate Fudge
- 16 oz pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz german sweet chocolate broken into pieces
- 2 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 optional can add nuts or whatever you like to put in fudge
- In saucepan add sugar, evaporated milk and salt.
- Heat to medium high and whisk.
- Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Heat for 2 min.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer 6 min.
- In a heat resistant mixing bowl add marshmallos, semi-sweet chocolate chips, german sweet chocolate and vanilla.
- Pour milk sugar mixture over chocolate mixture.
- Let sit 2 min.
- Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Optional ingredients would be mixed in now if using any or can be sprinkled on before chilling.
- Pour mixture into buttered 8 inch square pan and spread evenly.
- Chill in fridge until firm about 2 hours.
