Perfect every time Chocolate Fudge

  1. In saucepan add sugar, evaporated milk and salt.
  2. Heat to medium high and whisk.
  3. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  4. Heat for 2 min.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer 6 min.
  7. In a heat resistant mixing bowl add marshmallos, semi-sweet chocolate chips, german sweet chocolate and vanilla.
  8. Pour milk sugar mixture over chocolate mixture.
  9. Let sit 2 min.
  10. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  11. Optional ingredients would be mixed in now if using any or can be sprinkled on before chilling.
  12. Pour mixture into buttered 8 inch square pan and spread evenly.
  13. Chill in fridge until firm about 2 hours.
