Tuna Patties

  1. Mix ingredients, except shortening, together and form into patties.
  2. Melt shortening in heavy skillet and saute the patties until golden brown.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot with sauce or chill for several hours or overnight and serve cold with sour cream sauce.
