Chili Cheesy Beef w/ oyster sauce

  1. Heat pan on medium heat.
  2. Add cooking oil.
  3. When hot, sautAS the diced white onion.
  4. Put the beef inside the pan, add salt and pepper to taste and settle for a few minutes until brown.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup of red wine together with the beef and stir.
  6. Add a pinch of ground garlic and a pinch of rosemary (crushed)
  7. Grate 93 grams of magnolia quickmelt cheese and combine with beef.
  8. Stir and settle until cheese completely melts.
  9. When the beef is cooked, mix 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
  10. Stir and add the green bellpepper and green chili pepper.
  11. Cover for another minute then serve.
