Kimmy's Egg Rolls
- 1 (16 ounce) package egg roll wraps
- 2 (12 ounce) bags broccoli slaw mix
- 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 7 ounces low sodium soy sauce
- Brown meat.
- Add broccoli, soy sauce and seasoning and cook until broccoli is soft.
- Roll in wrappers, using water to seal edges.
- Deep fry.
- Or coat bottom of a cookie sheet or casserole dish with cooking spray add eggrolls to pan and spray tops with cooking spray then bake @ 350F until golden brown.
